I should pay closer attention to things. Not only are many CPT members signed on to the decidedly un-Christian, un-productive and hypocritical petition calling for the release of the remaining hostages of the Christian Peacemaker Team, but in fact the CPT web site links to the petition from the front page. My contempt for Christian pacifism is now turned up "to eleven."
