Take the average over the set.

Compare to your own average. If it is higher than theirs, step away from Facebook for a few days.

The only teenaged girl on my Facebook friendslist is Alyssa the Boy Gondolier. I seem to be okay frequency-of-posts-wise, but if there's some kind of algorithm for number of exclamation points per post, it's possible I need to step away for a while.
